Mawadah Bajrai is a Saudi food innovator and culinary experience curator with a deep interest in Saudi hospitality, food culture and innovation. She previously served as Research & Innovation Team Lead at the Culinary Arts Commission, contributing to initiatives that advanced culinary research and innovation across the Kingdom. Her portfolio includes cultural and hospitality projects such as the Qiddiya Six Flags pre-opening gala and Cartier boutique openings in Riyadh, where she supported culturally rooted experience development and delivery. She is currently Innovation Manager at Alamar, where she leads food and product innovation while continuing to champion Saudi culture through contemporary culinary experiences.
