Khadra Abdullahi leads resource mobilisation for Africa, the Middle East and South Asia at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, working with sovereign, philanthropic and private-sector partners to mobilise financing for immunisation and health-systems strengthening. She specialises in Islamic finance, impact investing and health-systems financing, and founded and led NexGen Advisory, collaborating with governments and the private sector across Africa to drive impact investments aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. She holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute, Geneva, and a certificate in finance from New York University.
