RIBA Gulf Chapter Country Representative

Hala is a UK registered Chartered Architect and is one of two elected RIBA Gulf Chapter Country Representatives based in KSA. She has over three decades of experience specialising in healthcare, transportation, major infrastructure and real estate development projects working for companies such as Aedas, Atkins , HS2 , Buro Happold and New Murabba. She’s actively engaged in supporting and leading local and joint international RIBA activities advocating contextual, culturally sensitive, design excellence. Hala firmly believes architects have a significant part to play in the transformational period being witnessed in KSA, a lot to learn as practising professionals and a lot of learning to share with younger people starting out in this industry.
