Dr Chris Williams, PhD, founded Questae Coaching & Consulting Ltd in 2017, supporting large pharmaceutical clients, academic spin-outs, small start-ups and biotech organisations with scientific consulting, process optimisation, change management and leadership coaching and training. She holds a PhD in molecular pharmacology and spent more than twenty years in senior leadership positions within complex, global, matrix organisations at Pfizer, UCB and Ipsen, combining research project and portfolio management with transformational-change leadership. She is a certified MBTI and Five Behaviors practitioner and trains biotech and pharmaceutical professionals through Informa's Mini-MBA and Molecules to Markets programmes.
