Benjamin Piper

Architectural Design Director

Benjamin Piper is the Architectural Design Director and a Founding Partner at INTEGRITY, leading the studio’s architectural design office in Dubai. With over 25 years of international experience across the Middle East, India, China, the US, and the UK, he has held senior leadership roles at globally recognised practices including Killa Design, Perkins+Will, and Atkins. His work is defined by a belief that architecture should be both visionary and contextually grounded, balancing artistic integrity with technical rigour to create places that endure emotionally as well as physically. At INTEGRITY, this meaning-driven approach is central: design begins with listening, and evolves through the synthesis of culture, site, craft, and performance. Benjamin's portfolio includes landmark projects such as Como Residences, Solara Tower, BLVD Address, VIDA Hotel, and the Ritz-Carlton Diriyah Gate.
