Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Archibald S. Filshill is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aero Aggregates of North America and a civil and geotechnical engineer with more than three decades of experience in geotechnical engineering, geosynthetics, construction materials and infrastructure development. He founded Aero Aggregates in 2015 and led the introduction and commercialisation in North America of ultra-lightweight foam glass aggregate manufactured from recycled glass. He has worked with transportation agencies, consulting engineers, universities, contractors and researchers to develop engineering applications for lightweight fill in transportation, environmental and civil infrastructure projects across North America and internationally.
