Andrew Harmon, MMB, MBA, is a Manager at Sia Partners with fourteen years of experience across life-science strategy, finance and operations. He develops strategic roadmaps for public-private life-science partnerships across the US, EU and GCC markets and leads market-intelligence work with a specialised focus on cell and gene therapy. His earlier career included portfolio and programme management supporting eighty million dollars in R&D capital deployment at Horizon Therapeutics (later acquired by Amgen), operational-excellence and knowledge-management initiatives at Pfizer, and financial due diligence as a deal analyst with North Carolina State University's Wolfpack Investor Network. He also brings academic research experience in neurodevelopmental genetics and drug discovery, plus more than six years in operations management and logistics. He holds an MBA in finance, a Master of Microbial Biotechnology and a BS in molecular biology from North Carolina State University, and is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt.
