Amna Alyamani

Director of Culinary Centre

Amna Alyamani directs the culinary centre at Alkhaleej Training & Education, where she leads the launch of the Gordon Ramsay Academy in Riyadh — the first academy the chef has opened outside the United Kingdom — alongside the arrival of Dusit Thani College, Thailand's leading hospitality management institution, marking both brands' debut in the Saudi market. She was among the first Saudi women to graduate with a bachelor's degree from Switzerland's Glion Institute of Higher Education in 2010, and went on to an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Alongside her corporate work she has co-founded and scaled more than 20 culinary ventures across the region, among them Amna Bakery, and she works in Arabic, English, French and Spanish — an international outlook she brings to building hospitality learning and development in line with Vision 2030.
