Sami Abdullatif Al-Nesf is a former Minister of Information of Kuwait and a Kuwaiti writer and media figure with a long presence in Gulf journalism. He held the ministry within the Kuwaiti cabinet, and before and after that worked in journalism and political analysis across a number of Kuwaiti and Gulf newspapers. His writing addresses Gulf affairs, inter-state relations, administrative reform and national memory, and he is known for his interest in documenting and preserving the record of Kuwait's modern history.
