Munira bint Abdullah Al-Duraiwish

Dr Munira bint Abdullah Al-Duraiwish is Assistant Professor of Sociology at King Saud University in Riyadh. Her field covers social structure in the Kingdom and its transformations, together with questions of family, values, social roles and the change that accompanies development programmes. Her duties include teaching, supervising field research and contributing to survey studies, with a particular interest in the effect of social transformation on Saudi women and in measuring that effect with instruments suited to the local context.
