Talah AlMadi is a clinical laboratory specialist and researcher at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, a first class honours graduate of King Saud University specialising in infectious diseases and molecular diagnostics. Her work covers molecular methods for pathogen detection, including the application of next-generation sequencing in clinical microbiology, and the research side of translating those methods into validated laboratory practice at a large tertiary centre where results feed directly into infection control and antimicrobial decisions.
