Professor and Consultant of Pathology and Cytology

Dalal Mohideen Nemenqani is a Professor and consultant of pathology and cytology at Taif University. Her work spans diagnostic histopathology and cytopathology together with the academic responsibility of building the pathology workforce. A particular interest is the pathologists' assistant role: a trained cadre that handles specimen grossing, dissection and preparation under supervision, freeing consultant time and shortening reporting cycles. Establishing such training programmes requires curriculum design, competency assessment and regulatory recognition, and she has worked on positioning that role within Saudi laboratory practice.
