Suly Tang has 20 years of experience in horizontal directional drilling and has worked extensively in HDD engineering, construction and trenchless solutions worldwide. From 2007 to 2013 he served as China representative for American Augers, contributing to major HDD projects in China and abroad, and in 2014 he founded LIYAN Technologies, focusing on international HDD consultancy, engineering and construction. He has led or supported complex crossings including HIBG in Bangladesh, TPLEP and NFPT in Thailand, Tilenga EPSCC in Uganda, EACOP in Tanzania and BALG in Iran, specialising in long-distance, large-diameter crossings exceeding 4,000 metres.
