Richard Witasse is a principal geotechnical engineer and numerical modelling specialist with over 25 years of experience in finite element based geotechnical analysis. He specialises in advanced two- and three-dimensional numerical modelling of complex geotechnical systems including excavations, foundations, dams and underground structures. In his role within a geotechnical software organisation he focuses on user enablement, advanced training and the practical application of numerical methods to real-world engineering problems.
