His career spans North America and the Middle East, with extensive experience supporting enterprise customers across North America, the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Levant. His work covers backup and recovery architecture, ransomware readiness, recovery testing and the operational practices that determine whether an organisation can restore critical services within an acceptable window after a cyber incident.
