Osamah Mohamed Ali Alawwam is a Saudi entrepreneur and an influential figure in the Kingdom's specialty coffee industry. As Founder and Managing Partner of Roasting House Commercial Company and Vice President of the National Committee for Coffee & Roasters, he has played an active role in advancing coffee quality, industry standards and the development of Saudi Arabia's growing coffee ecosystem. Since co-founding Roasting House in 2013 he has helped grow the business from a specialist coffee venture into one of the region's established specialty roasters, supplying leading hospitality brands in Saudi Arabia and across the region. His expertise spans coffee roasting and sourcing, business development, quality standards and industry education. A certified coffee roasting and tasting professional, he has organised, sponsored and judged coffee championships across the Kingdom and the wider region. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Law and International Business from London Metropolitan University.
