Founder and Managing Director

Mohammed Al Nashwan is the Founder and Managing Director of HARTT Hospitality Consulting, an advisory firm he established in 2002 to deliver end-to-end consulting to hotel owners, developers, investors and public-sector entities. He brings more than three decades of international experience across hotel operations, pre-opening and start-up leadership, asset repositioning and owner representation in the GCC, the United States and Europe. His specialisations include hospitality financial feasibility studies, operator selection and management agreement negotiation, operational audits and turnaround programmes, CapEx and OpEx structuring, and government tourism financing. He has served on the Aseer Development Authority Advisory Board, as Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee at Nuzul Holdings, and on the Advisory Board of the Tourism College at King Abdulaziz University. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.Sc. from UNLV.
