Kyle Jourdan is head of Qlik's AI practice, where he helps craft solutions for customers in the field by supporting the company's sales and marketing teams directly, while remaining closely involved with engineering and design teams to keep a clear connection between what customers and the market are asking for and what those teams are building. His work sits between the customer-facing and product sides of an analytics vendor, covering how organisations scale AI applications and agents from pilot to production, where data quality and governance constrain what can be deployed, and how to measure the business value realised from AI investments rather than the volume of experimentation.
