Jon Griffiths is field chief technology officer at Dynatrace, working with strategic customers and partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific on observability, automation, AI and cyber security. With more than 12 years at Dynatrace and earlier roles at BAE Systems in cyber security and at IBM, he helps shape the company's roadmap and guides enterprises towards resilient, autonomous operations. He is a frequent speaker at Dynatrace Perform, AWS re:Invent, QCon London and IDC events, and his work focuses on moving IT organisations from reactive incident handling towards self-healing operations without compromising governance or control, an emphasis that has grown as observability extends to generative AI, agentic systems and large language model workloads.
