Hatem Elkady is a technology executive with more than 35 years of experience driving business growth, digital transformation, strategic partnerships and large-scale technology initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. He serves as chief executive officer of Nile MEA, the regional joint venture between Nile and solutions by stc, where he shapes market strategy, builds partnerships and positions the company's AI-powered zero trust network-as-a-service platform across the region. He has held senior leadership positions at solutions by stc, Cisco, Saudi Business Machines and IBM, with experience spanning commercial strategy, sales leadership, profit and loss management, strategic alliances, system integration, managed services and large-scale digital transformation programmes. As chief partnerships and synergy officer at solutions by stc he led alliances and post-acquisition integration and value realisation across the group, and during his tenure at Cisco he held roles including regional manager for transformational solutions, regional services sales manager and country services manager for Saudi Arabia, working on smart city, smart education, smart health and national digital transformation programmes. He holds an executive MBA from the University of Northampton, an MSc in computer science and a BSc in electronics and communications engineering from Cairo University.
