Charbel Khneisser

Senior Vice President, Global Solutions Engineering

Charbel Khneisser is senior vice president of global solutions engineering at Riverbed Technology, a role he assumed in January 2025 after leading the solutions engineering team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has been with Riverbed since 2013 and has deep knowledge of the Riverbed platform, having played key roles in shaping its roadmap and evolution. He leads the global solutions engineering team, working to ensure customers realise the full potential of the platform and its AIOps and observability capabilities, with a focus on helping enterprises streamline IT tooling, navigate complex environments and achieve measurable return on investment. He is a technology industry veteran with more than 20 years of technical experience, particularly in observability. Before Riverbed he was solution architect team lead consultant for the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology e-government and public key infrastructure programmes, and he lectures in the faculty of engineering at Saint Joseph University to first-year master's students in computer engineering security practice.
