Bahaa Marzouk is Corporate Director of Engineering within the Corporate Hospitality Department at Al Khozama Investment, with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality engineering, technical services, project delivery, CapEx planning and asset performance. Before joining Al Khozama he spent seven years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, holding senior engineering and project leadership roles across luxury resorts and complex hospitality developments in the Maldives, Egypt and the Seychelles. His international experience also encompasses hotel operations and hospitality projects across Africa, including Ghana and Tanzania. His expertise lies in aligning ownership objectives, technical performance and operational requirements to enhance the guest experience, improve efficiency and protect the long-term value of hospitality assets.
