Abdullah Alnashri is a People & Culture leader with a decade of expertise driving HR transformation and organisational excellence within Saudi Arabia's luxury hospitality sector. He leads end-to-end human resources strategy, succession planning and talent development for Accor, building on executive leadership experience that includes Marriott International. Shortlisted for HR Personality of the Year at the 2026 Hotelier Saudi Awards, he also works as a trainer at the Spark of Excellence Center for HR Consulting and Training, where he conducts courses on protocol and hospitality. Beyond his executive role he is a certified trainer and strategic career mentor partnering with Princess Nourah University and the International College of Tourism.
