About the event

The Saudi Warehousing and Logistics Expo returns for its third edition at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC) in Riyadh from 8 to 10 September 2026, running Tuesday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily. The 2026 edition is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, and is organised by dmg events under licence no. 26/5654.

More than 350 exhibiting companies present 4,000 products and services spanning warehousing and storage, cargo solutions, cold chain, cross docking and transloading, freight forwarding, last mile delivery, e-commerce fulfilment, fleet and commercial vehicles, multimodal transport, ports and terminals, and third party logistics. The show is built for logistics managers, warehouse operators, supply chain leaders and procurement professionals. Alongside the exhibition floor, the 2026 programme adds the dedicated Commercial Vehicles Zone, Hala Chats case-study sessions delivered by exhibitors, the Stack n Pack packing challenge, and the invitation-only Saudi Warehousing and Logistics Summit, a CPD-accredited programme for senior industry leaders and policymakers.

dmg events reports that the show's debut edition drew more than 14,000 visitors and 170 exhibitors showcasing over 3,500 innovations. Admission is free and restricted to trade and industry professionals, visitors under 18 are not permitted, and registration is open in advance through the official visitor portal. RICEC sits in the King Salman District, 15 to 20 minutes by car from King Khalid International Airport, and is served by the Riyadh Metro Red Line at RICEC station, a short walk from Gate 5.
