Ranjith Powell is a transport-infrastructure and industrial-development leader with more than 25 years of experience across ports, logistics, aviation, rail and innovation in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and North America. In his dual role as Managing Director of Port of NEOM and Executive Director for Investments and Manufacturing at Oxagon, he oversees the development of NEOM's industrial engine, integrating trade, supply chains and advanced manufacturing into one connected economic ecosystem. At Port of NEOM he leads the operations and expansion of a Red Sea gateway, building multimodal corridors and an advanced container terminal. At Oxagon he oversees international investments, tenant attraction and the manufacturing portfolio, guiding a renewable energy and AI-driven industrial ecosystem. Before NEOM he was Head of Ports and Transport Infrastructure at the Public Investment Fund.
