Saudi International Maritime Forum 2026
About the event
The Saudi International Maritime Forum takes place at the Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Centre from 23 to 25 November 2026, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defence. This year's theme is the future of seabed security and maritime supply chains in a rapidly changing world, and the forum brings together naval and military leaders, government officials and experts from several countries.
The programme runs over three days. Day one examines the security of maritime energy supply chains, day two covers seabed infrastructure, subsea communications cables and maritime cybersecurity, and day three looks at the role of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies in protecting supply chains and maritime infrastructure. It includes keynote sessions, scientific sessions, panel discussions and business-to-government meetings, and closes with final recommendations. Another priority is the effect of global strategic shifts on the security of maritime supply chains.
The forum is aimed at naval and military leaders, government officials, international delegations, defence and advanced electronics companies, experts and researchers. The organiser has not yet published a public registration link for attendance, and the business-to-government meetings are reserved for sponsoring companies. The detailed session schedule has not yet been announced.
