He is Chief Executive Officer of the Center for International Strategic Defence Studies, which was launched in 2022 as the Center for Defense Strategic Studies and Research within the Ministry of Defense's Strategic Affairs agency. The center announced a comprehensive institutional transformation that includes a new name reflecting the international dimension of its activities and an organisational restructuring in two phases: a transitional phase meeting institutional transformation indicators, followed by a final phase in which the center formally becomes an independent entity overseen by a board of trustees.
