SAIF — Security and Innovation Fair 2026

SAIF, the Security and Innovation Fair, is held in Riyadh from 24 to 26 November 2026 as part of the Global Security & Technology Summit, organised by Tuwaiq Academy with the Ministry of Education as its strategic partner.

It is a global competition that brings innovators, researchers and specialist bodies together to build solutions to real-world challenges, alongside an exhibition where projects are shown and partnerships formed. Entry is open across 14 tracks, among them artificial intelligence and data science, cybersecurity and defence technologies, smart cities and the Internet of Things, robotics and automation, space, aviation and drones, and quantum technologies and advanced computing. It is open to school and university students, developers, researchers, entrepreneurs and innovators worldwide, individually or in teams.

Participation is free once the published registration conditions are met, and registration is through the competition's own site. A judging panel assesses projects on innovation, feasibility, expected impact, applicability and technical excellence, and prizes are awarded to the winners with a total pool of up to five million Saudi riyals; the organiser has not yet announced how they will be distributed.
