He has led multidisciplinary teams and technical, legal and financial advisers across the project lifecycle, from strategic planning and feasibility through procurement and commercial negotiations, developing commercially viable projects, engaging government and private-sector stakeholders and delivering initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
