Rami Ali AlShaikh is Chief Executive Officer of MAWREF Logistics Solutions, formerly MASIC Logistics Solutions, a position he has held since May 2022 after joining as Chief Business Development Officer in September 2020. He is an executive with over two decades of leadership across logistics, real estate and capital markets in the GCC. He leads MAWREF, a developer and operator of industrial and workforce logistics real estate in Saudi Arabia, with an investment portfolio exceeding SAR 2.4 billion, over 550 factory units under its Montijoon brand and around 11,500 workforce accommodation beds under its Laam brand, plus 2,500 beds through its Al Fadhili subsidiary for Aramco; shareholders include MASIC, SIC/SIDF and Wisayah. Before MAWREF he was Executive Director of Business Development and Planning at Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Company from 2014 to 2020, and began his career with a decade in investment placement and client relationship management at SHUAA Capital, SAIB BNP Paribas and Gulf Finance House.
