Baschar Kassar is a growth executive and investment strategist with over 16 years of leadership experience across global corporations, family conglomerates, joint ventures and government and semi-government entities in the Middle East and Europe. He is Executive Director of Business Development at MAWREF, a MASIC company and a developer and operator of industrial and logistics real estate in Saudi Arabia, investing in and operating workforce accommodation, ready-made factories, warehouses and build-to-suit assets. He leads the company's growth mandate and owns the full deal lifecycle from origination and feasibility through investment structuring to closure with project owners, landlords, build-to-suit clients, funds and semi-government partners. Previously he was Director of Business Development, Corporate Strategy and Performance Management at Kaden Investment, and before that Vice President at Siemens in Saudi Arabia heading strategy and corporate business development across infrastructure, energy, industry, healthcare and mobility.
