Saudi Mega Projects 2026 runs from 28 to 30 September 2026 at The Venue by ROSHN Group in Riyadh. It is the annual summit that brings together the organisations shaping the Kingdom's built environment and the mega projects driving Vision 2030, and this edition carries the theme Turning Vision Into Value.
The programme combines a high-level summit with expert-led workshops and curated one-to-one meetings, alongside fireside chats, project showcases and networking, giving participants a read on project pipelines, procurement strategies and delivery priorities. Projects featured include ROSHN Group with its SEDRA development in northern Riyadh and ALAROUS in northern Jeddah, AMAALA and its first phase Triple Bay, and Qiddiya. The audience is drawn from project owners, government stakeholders, developers, contractors, consultants and solution providers; the previous edition drew more than 890 attendees, over 100 speakers and 200 companies, 42 per cent of them at director or C-level according to the organiser's figures.
The summit is organised by MEED Events, and registration is now closed on the organiser's website. It is accompanied by three workshops and a showcase area where participants present solutions in construction management, BIM, IoT, digital twin, modular construction, building materials and machinery, HVAC, energy efficiency, AI and GIS. Doors open from 8am to 5.30pm on the first and second days, and from 8am to 3pm on the third.
