Wael Mansour is CEO of Royal Advance Electromechanical in the UAE and Royal Advance Mutaqadima in Saudi Arabia, with more than two decades in the MEP field across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United States. He leads delivery of MEP packages on major projects, among the packages with the greatest bearing on a project's delivery schedule and running costs.
