Mohamed Amer is managing director for the Middle East and North Africa at the International Code Council. Based in Dubai, he leads the council's strategic growth and commercial expansion across the region, overseeing business development, operations and senior engagement with government bodies, standards development organisations, manufacturers and design professionals. He has almost twenty years of professional experience in oil and gas, project management and the testing, inspection and certification industries, and leads the council's regional initiatives and market outreach, deploying its service lines for new business offerings across its family of solutions.
