ROSHN Group Named Host Partner for Saudi Mega Projects 2026 in Riyadh

ROSHN Group has been named Host Partner for Saudi Mega Projects 2026, a summit dedicated to Saudi Arabia's major development projects, scheduled to run from September 28 to 30 at The Venue in ROSHN's SEDRA integrated community in Riyadh, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The 2026 edition is being held under the theme "Turning Vision into Value: Meet the Ambitious Changemakers Delivering Vision 2030," a framing that reflects the Kingdom's accelerating progress toward the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the shift underway in its construction and real estate sectors from planning and design toward execution, including large-scale procurement, contract awards, and faster project delivery.

ROSHN's role as host partner comes as the group continues to widen its footprint across the Kingdom through integrated communities and destinations built around residents and their aspirations, guided by a sustainable development approach centered on innovation, enriched living experiences, and improved quality of life. Its portfolio spans SEDRA, WAREFA, and ROSHN Front in Riyadh; MARAFY and ALAROUS in Jeddah; ALMANAR in Makkah; and ALDANAH in Dhahran in the Eastern Region.

The summit is organized by MEED with Global Data and convenes stakeholders from across the construction, real estate, and infrastructure value chain. Further details on the agenda, speakers, and registration are available through the Saudi Mega Projects 2026 event page.
