Ben Edwards is Group Head of Cost, Commercial and Procurement at Red Sea Global, the developer behind The Red Sea and Amaala on Saudi Arabia's north-western coast. He leads the commercial functions across both projects, from cost management and contracts to procurement and supply chain, including contracting with builders and suppliers on tourism developments spread over large areas.
