Global Future Projects Forum & Exhibition 2026

The Global Future Projects Forum & Exhibition returns for its eighth edition from 7 to 10 December 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center. Its premise is to put project owners from the public and private sectors in the same room as contractors, so a contractor can see a project before it goes to tender and learn what its owner requires and how to bid.
Eight specialised events run under the forum's umbrella: the projects platform, where owners present their projects and investment opportunities; the international exhibition; the International Contracting Conference; the Contractors Financing Conference, which brings together government bodies, financing institutions and banks; the National Construction Festival, held in the centre's outdoor area; the Contracting Innovation Challenge, aimed at university students and technology specialists; the Contracting Excellence Awards; and specialised workshops. The organiser states that this edition presents more than 42,000 projects worth over SAR 9 trillion, and expects more than 31,000 attendees and 185 sponsors and supporting bodies.
Attendance is by registration through the forum's platform, and the organiser has announced no entry fee. The detailed programme and the speaker list have not been published; the site shows the four event days without sessions. The forum holds a Gold Stevie Award for the Middle East & North Africa for innovation in business-to-business events.
