Since its launch, Cityscape Global has evolved into the world’s largest real estate exhibition, returning to Riyadh for its third consecutive year. The 2026 edition cements Saudi Arabia’s position as the epicentre of global real estate, attracting tens of thousands of investors, developers, architects, and government leaders from across the world. Organised by Tahaluf in partnership with key Saudi government entities, the event plays a central role in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 agenda.

The exhibition spans the entire Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre (Malham), bringing together more than 500 exhibitors and 170,000 attendees from over 50 countries. The 2025 edition recorded a staggering SAR 237 billion (US$63 billion) in real estate transactions across the four-day show, with a 600,000 sqm land parcel in North Riyadh setting a Guinness World Record for the highest auction lot at US$979 million. International participation grew 47% year-on-year, reflecting the event’s unparalleled reach. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, REGA, and the Housing Program serve as strategic partners.

Beyond the exhibition floor, Cityscape Global hosts a multi-track conference that gathers over 450 speakers across dedicated stages: the Future of Living Summit, the Developers & Architects (DnA) Stage, the ESTAAD Sports & Entertainment Arena, and the Innovation Arena. Topics range from PropTech, AI-driven urban planning, and sustainable real estate development to sports infrastructure investment and foreign ownership reforms. In 2026, the event will also feature the Saudi Ownership programme, design clinics, live entertainment, and the Investor Programme connecting global capital with Saudi giga-projects.
