Cityscape Global runs from 16 to 19 November 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham, under the theme The Capital of Real Estate, opening daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM across its four days.
It brings developers, investors, policymakers, architects and city planners together around the Kingdom's major projects and master plans, with real estate financing and payment plans offered directly by developers and banks on the show floor. The conference programme runs across six announced stages for this edition: the Future of Living Summit, Housing 360, the Studio, the Developers and Architects stage, the Innovation Arena, and ESTAAD for stadiums and entertainment districts. It comes as property ownership options for non-Saudis have widened, opening the market to new international capital.
General entry is free under a limited-time offer announced by the organiser, against a listed value of SAR 100. Two paid passes sit alongside it: the Business pass at SAR 2,438 down from SAR 3,000, adding early access to the event app, dedicated parking and a business lounge; and the VIP pass at SAR 9,377 down from SAR 11,253, adding a dedicated track, priority seating at the opening ceremony and an exclusive lounge. All values include VAT.
