Fabien Toscano

Fabien Toscano is the Chief Executive Officer of Jeddah Economic Company (JEC), the developer of Jeddah Tower, a role he took up in December 2025. He is a seasoned international executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex, large-scale real estate developments and investment platforms in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, and has led more than USD 20 billion of developments and investments across these regions. Before joining JEC he was Chief Executive Officer of AlUla Development Company, a Public Investment Fund company, and earlier served as CEO Americas at Qatari Diar. His career also includes Lendlease, where he was Managing Director of Investment Management Europe, and Hines. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
