Acting CEO

Eng. Sabah Barakat is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of New Murabba, with over 35 years of leadership experience in real estate development, urban transformation, and strategic investment. A Senior Director within the Public Investment Fund (PIF), he also sits on the boards of several companies in its portfolio. He previously served as Acting Group CEO of ROSHN Group and led New Murabba during its formation. He holds an MBA in Engineering Management from City University London and a BEng in Civil Engineering from Queen Mary, University of London, and is a Chartered Engineer (MICE).
