Cityscape Global Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint with the launch of a new exhibition, Cityscape West, set to take place in Jeddah from March 29 to 31, 2027, at Jeddah Superdome. The event, organized by Tahaluf, will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
The new platform aims to serve the western region's real estate sector, connecting developers with investors and homebuyers across Jeddah, Mecca, and Medina. It builds on the success of the main Cityscape Global Saudi Arabia 2026 event, which has established itself as a key gathering for industry leaders.
According to Knight Frank's mid-2025 report, Jeddah saw a 28% increase in residential transaction values, reaching SAR 17.3 billion in the first half of the year, while Medina recorded the highest growth rate in the Kingdom at 49% year-on-year. This growth is supported by major projects from entities such as the National Housing Company, Roshn, and Jeddah Economic City.
Rachel Sturges, Executive Vice President at Tahaluf, noted that Cityscape Global has proven its role as a meeting point for investors and developers over the past three years. She said, "Cityscape West comes as an extension of this success, opening new horizons for growth in the western region."
The inaugural edition will showcase residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and urban destination projects, while also facilitating investment opportunities and knowledge exchange. Sela, a Saudi events company, is expected to join as a partner.
