The first edition of Cityscape West will be held in Jeddah from March 29-31, 2027, at Jeddah Superdome, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. Organized by Tahaluf, a joint venture between Informa, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and the Events Investment Fund, the exhibition aims to serve as a dedicated real estate platform for the western region, stimulating investments, supporting homeownership, and connecting developers with investors and homebuyers in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah.
The launch of Cityscape West extends the success of Cityscape Global Saudi Arabia 2026 and supports Saudi Vision 2030 goals by boosting investment and regional development. It comes as the western region experiences significant growth, with Jeddah recording a 28% increase in residential transaction values to SAR 17.3 billion in H1 2025, and Madinah achieving the highest growth rate in the residential market at 49% year-on-year, according to Knight Frank.
