Tarek Salloum is a senior infrastructure strategy leader with 18 years across the Gulf, the United States and Africa, combining an architecture and engineering foundation with strategy consulting to advise ministries, national regulators, sovereign entities and major developers on infrastructure and public-private partnership programmes. He has deep experience structuring multi-partner consortia, joint ventures and concession structures, translating complex infrastructure priorities into governance frameworks that work for public and private partners alike, alongside firms such as Strategy&, Roland Berger, Arthur D. Little, EY and Alvarez and Marsal. He builds government and investor relationships, translates complex deals into bankable outcomes and coordinates engineering, commercial and financial teams across infrastructure, transportation, construction and major public-private programmes.
