Fayaz Ali is founder and chief executive officer of AL FAYA Capital, an investment and corporate finance platform focused on private capital, real estate investment, structured finance and cross-border transactions. With nearly two decades of banking and investment experience across the Gulf, including roles at Dubai Islamic Bank and Barclays Bank, he works with family offices, financial institutions, developers and international sponsors on capital structuring, debt and equity mobilisation, joint ventures and strategic investments.
