Ruchi Dana is a medical doctor and a Stanford MBA. She sits on multiple corporate, startup, non-profit and university boards including Duluth Medical Technologies, the Aaroogya Foundation, One Prosper in Canada and the cybersecurity advisory board of California State University, Chico. She is an active speaker at industry conferences and co-inventor of two provisional United States patents in robotic surgery. She has worked with Golden Seeds, an investment firm in New York, and with New Silk Route Growth Capital in Dubai, focusing on healthcare investments at both. Forbes Middle East named her Next Gen Business Leader in 2017, 2018 and 2019, a Top Power Businesswoman in 2020 and a Healthcare Leader in 2024 and 2025.
