Paul Devonshire

Managing Director, Global Investors Group

Paul Devonshire serves as managing director of the Global Investors Group at Affinius Capital, with a focus on the Middle East. Before joining Affinius Capital he was head of Middle East at Savills Investment Management, and prior to that an executive director at PGIM Real Estate in the business development group, where he served on the European management committee and as a board member on conventional and Shariah compliant funds active globally. He holds a bachelor's degree in estate management, is a chartered surveyor and holds a master of business administration from Warwick Business School. A native English speaker, he is also fluent in German and was a visiting associate fellow at Warwick Business School. He contributes regularly on panels and in the real estate media.
