He currently leads investment strategy, capital allocation and platform growth for a leading regional real estate developer. He has a record in underwriting and executing large-scale residential, mixed-use, logistics and digital infrastructure developments, with expertise across land acquisitions, joint ventures, feasibility, pricing strategy and risk-adjusted returns, and experience working closely with government entities on public-private partnership initiatives and complex stakeholder environments.
