Saudi Build 2027

About the event
Saudi Build has moved to 1–4 November 2027; it was scheduled for 2–5 November 2026.
The 36th Saudi Build runs from 1 to 4 November 2027 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing. It is the longest-running construction show in the Gulf, and is held alongside Saudi Elenex, the electricity and energy exhibition, at the same venue.
The show covers twelve sectors: structural and architectural building materials; windows, doors, glass and facade systems; interior finishes, kitchens, lighting and paints; water systems and sanitary ware; stone industry and technology; wood products, manufacturing and technology; elevators, escalators and vertical transportation; construction and safety tools; smart buildings, digital construction and sustainable solutions; modular construction and prefabrication; landscaping and outdoor construction; and construction machinery and heavy equipment. It is aimed at distributors, trade buyers, project owners, consultants, architects and specifiers, who meet suppliers and solution providers through pre-arranged meetings.
It is accompanied by the Future of Building International Conference, whose programme for the new dates the organiser has not yet published. Admission to the exhibition is free for trade and industry professionals, and visitors under sixteen are not permitted. Doors open on Monday 1 November from 16:00 to 21:30, and from Tuesday to Thursday from 13:30 to 21:30. Visitor parking is free through Gate 2, and the venue is served by the Riyadh Metro red line at Riyadh Exhibition station.
