Vladimir Kantar is an architect and design leader with more than twenty years of international experience across Europe and the Middle East. As founder and chief executive of Blackline Architects he leads the firm's approach of delivering purposeful, high-quality architecture that combines design excellence with long-term value. The practice is based in Dubai and works on residential, hospitality, office and retail developments and on large masterplans across the Middle East and North Africa, Europe and Africa.
