About the event
The MEP International Conference Saudi Arabia returns for its third edition on 8 and 9 December 2026 at the Jeddah Hilton, under the theme "Innovation in MEP for a Smart, Sustainable and Energy Efficient Built Sector". It gathers government authorities, developers, giga-project leaders, consultants, contractors and technology providers around the layer of a building that is never seen yet sets its cost and performance: cooling, ventilation, electrical systems, plumbing and controls. The organiser states a target of more than 300 senior-profile delegates, more than 37 speakers, and 27 sponsors and exhibitors.
Day one is built around mega projects, aviation and digital infrastructure: it opens with a regulatory leadership panel on the Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization specifications and sustainable building regulation; then a session on designing airport infrastructure that runs around the clock and on the growing cooling loads across expanding terminals; a session on engineering stadiums and sports venues for the 2034 FIFA World Cup and holding spectator comfort under harsh conditions; and closes on mission-critical infrastructure for data centres, cloud and AI workloads. Day two is built around communities, hospitality and lifestyle developments: a developers panel on standardised and prefabricated housing solutions and on utility infrastructure for connected communities; a session on hospitality destinations, resorts and entertainment districts; a session on retail, malls and mixed-use developments; closing with a technical panel on artificial intelligence, building information modelling, digital twins and modular construction. A two-day exhibition runs alongside the programme.
Attendance is by paid registration: the primary delegate pass is 25 US dollars plus five per cent value added tax, for government bodies, real estate developers, architects, consultants, academia and associations; the vendor and solution provider pass is 999 US dollars under the same tax. The programme is aimed at ministries, municipalities, housing authorities, regulatory agencies, real estate developers, MEP consultants and contractors, architecture and design firms, engineering procurement and construction companies, academia, energy and utilities companies, airport authorities and healthcare building developers.
