Connected World KSA 2026
About the event
Connected World KSA returns to Riyadh Front on 9 and 10 November 2026, running in parallel with Hyperscale Live in the same building. It is the region's meeting point for wholesale telecommunications, the layer where companies sell capacity and routes to one another rather than to the end user: network operators, subsea cable and satellite companies, internet exchange points and regulators. The organiser projects more than 6,000 attendees, more than 150 speakers and as many exhibitors.
The programme rests on three declared pillars. Connect: wholesale and interconnection markets, internet exchange points, carrier partnerships and traffic exchange, and the Kingdom's position as a digital gateway between continents. Extend: subsea cables, landing stations, satellites and terrestrial networks that widen reach, capacity and resilience. Govern: policy, licensing, spectrum and investment frameworks that determine how data crosses borders. Sessions address automating interconnection at scale, designing cable routes against geopolitical risk, turning landing stations into assets with regional weight, accelerating satellite growth through licensing and spectrum choices, and financing long-term backbone networks. An exhibition runs alongside the conference, together with a start-up zone the organiser puts at more than 50 companies.
Entry is by paid registration: an exhibition-only pass at 100 US dollars covering the show floor and the event app, and a premium networking pass whose full price is 3,000 US dollars and which the published price table offers at 1,700, adding the conference theatres, the attendee list, one-to-one meeting booking, the premium lounge and catering. A free guest pass is available by application, reserved for executive roles and subject to the organiser's approval. Anyone travelling from outside the Kingdom needs a visa: visitors obtain the tourist eVisa themselves, while exhibitors, speakers and delegates request an invitation letter from the organiser for a fee of 575 Saudi riyals.
